How does pickup and delivery work for turnovers?
We coordinate directly with your checkout and check-in times. You leave the used linens bagged at the door, we pick them up, wash and fold everything, and return them before your next guest arrives.
Do you provide the linens or do I supply my own?
We launder your existing linen inventory. If you need help sourcing quality linens, we can recommend suppliers — but the washing, folding, and delivery is all us.
What if I have a same-day turnover?
Rush same-day service is available on Host Pro and Multi-Property plans. Just give us a heads-up the night before and we'll make it happen.
Can I add more properties later?
