We started NorthWest Luxe Laundry because we lived the problem ourselves. Between work, family, and everything else life throws at you in the Pacific Northwest, laundry kept falling to the bottom of the list — or eating up the one free Saturday morning you had.
We looked at what was available and found services that were either too expensive, too unreliable, or too impersonal. So we built something different: a tote-based pickup and delivery service that's simple, transparent, and genuinely good at what it does.
