Pricing questions answered
How does the tote pricing work?
We provide you with a NorthWest Luxe Laundry tote. Fill it with your laundry — that's one tote. If you have more laundry than fits in one tote, each additional tote is $30. There are no hidden fees or per-pound charges.
How big is the tote?
Our totes hold approximately 15–20 lbs of laundry — roughly one to two loads in a standard home washer. Most customers find one tote covers a week's worth of laundry for one person.
Is there a subscription or commitment?
None at all. Book whenever you need us — weekly, monthly, or just once. No subscription, no minimum orders, no cancellation fees.
What's not included?
We don't offer dry cleaning. Items labeled "dry clean only" should be taken to a dry cleaner. We also can't process leather, suede, or heavily soiled items that require special treatment.
Do you charge extra for same-day or rush service?
All pickups require at least 24 hours advance notice. We don't currently offer same-day service, but our standard 24–48 hour turnaround is fast enough for most needs.
What if I'm not happy with the results?
We stand behind our work. If something isn't right, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — no questions asked.
