How does the tote work?
We drop off your NorthWest Luxe laundry tote before your first pickup. Fill it with your laundry, leave it at your door, and we collect it. Your clean, folded clothes come back in the same tote.
What if one tote isn't enough?
No problem — just let us know when booking and we'll bring an extra tote. Each additional tote is $30 on top of the first tote's $35.
What detergents do you use?
We use premium, skin-safe detergents by default. Fragrance-free and hypoallergenic options are available at no extra charge — just note your preference when booking.
What if something is damaged or lost?
We treat every item with care and carry full liability coverage. In the rare event of an issue, we'll make it right — no questions asked.
Do you offer dry cleaning?
We do not offer dry cleaning at this time. We specialize exclusively in wash, dry, fold, and delivery — everyday laundry, bedding, and oversized items.
How do I pay?
Payment is processed securely online after your order is complete. We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay.
