What is the NorthWest Luxe tote?
It's our branded laundry tote — we drop it off at your door before your first pickup. You fill it with your laundry, leave it out, and we collect it. It comes back with your clean, folded clothes inside.
How much does it cost?
For just $35 per tote. All your laundry in the tote will be picked up, professionally washed, dried, folded and brought back to you. No hidden fees, no subscription.
What if one tote isn't enough?
No problem. Just let us know when booking and we'll bring an extra tote. Each additional tote is just $30.
Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
No — just leave your filled tote at the door, porch, or building lobby. We'll text you when we pick up and when we drop off.
How long does it take?
Most orders are returned within 24–48 hours of pickup. We'll always confirm your estimated return window at booking.
